I am in process of buying agricultural land for residential purpose. The land is not yet converted to NA.
As per the law (As the real estate broker quoted), that I should buy 25 cents (i.e 10890 SQ.FT) minimum . When I said I cannot buy 25 cents, he suggested that add one more party to buy the land and mutually share 12.5 cents for each and register.
Then registration will be one and I can get two separate “Pattas” for the land. Is that possible??
If I did so..is there any problems that I face in future??
