I am married to my wife for 13 months now. Now she is separated and living with her parents. We have not yet consummated.
Now she is going for divorce. My Question is how can she claim alimony. On what basis she can claim alimony.
She has BE and she is capable of earning. She has not yet consummated. Required expert's advice on this issue. Also my parents have ancestral property in their name. Can she claim this ancestral property in my parent's name as alimony? or will court consider ancestral property in parent's name in calculating the alimony for her?
