Annulment

Husband got my consent for marriage by hidding facts...he said he is working in a company at 11L package...after marriage I found he is not in any job..what should I do...as he lied for 8 months and lies every now n then

Not a ground for annulment.

Ground for divorce and, of course, for prosecuting him.

why not annulment.....it's under section 12 ...consent for marriage obtained via fraud?

When did you come to know after your marriage that he is not having any job? You will have to file the petition within one year from that date. If one year has been passed, you have the option for filing divorce petition.
