anticipatory bail

My borther had lodged in 420 case but wantedly done by others... can v apply a anticpetary bail ... after applying bail can his name removed from the charsheet sir...please reply me

Yes.    You can try to obtain Anticipatory Bail.     Provided process is not issued.

Anticipatory Bail is not for removing your name from the Chargesheet but for exempting you from arrest.
