What is the limitation for filing appeal under section 37(1) (c) [ setting aside or refusing to set aside arbitral award under section 34] of Arbitration & conciliation Act ,1996 ?
What all documents is required to be filed for filing appeal & what is the format for filing it before Bombay HC division bench? Can anyone please share a draft format as per practice at Bombay HC.
