I am planning to take plot in Hosur (Hosur-Baglur Road). The layout has "Panchayat Approval" alone. I read thru previous links that "Panchayat Approval" is not alone sufficient/valid. In this scenerio, can I go ahead with the idea of taking a plot in the layout? Got to know about HNTDA approvals. Whether I have to get this approval or the builder will get for me? Let me know what all approvals are to be taken beyond registration of site to make it a safe investment. Please let me know in steps the sets of approvals required before I had a site in Hosur.
