Do, we have to put fresh arguments every time a judge changes?Or Is there any system to record the arguments already made in the case?

Hello, If the judge changed during pending proceedings then you again have to argue the matter before a newly appointed judge.

Change of judge in the mid of hearing necessitates fresh hearing before the new judge.

1. Civil & Criminal laws have provision for filing "Written Arguments". This can be used to avoid oral arguments and mention to court that written arguments are on record, which may be taken as final arguments. Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal VISIT: www.chshelpforum.com
