Builder has changed sanctioned plan

Hi,

I have purchased a flat in Bangalore and I have occupied the flat. Everything was fine when I occupied the flat. Our apartment has 2 gates as per sanctioned plan and few aminities are there towards gate 2. Now builder and land owner has closed the way towards gate 2. We have paid money for aminities and also all details about aminities are mentioned in sale deed agreement. What action can be taken now? How to approach consumer court in this case?

Thanks and Regards,

Vijetha D M

You have not mentioned your problem. If you face any problem with the builder, you can approach consumer forum nearby the property and submit your application there. court fee Rs.100/- only. No need any lawyer in consumer forums. parties can argue themselves.

send him a notice, asking him to remove encroachment , if he fails to do the same file a case under IPC or  file a case in consumer court for deficiency in service.

Incomplete information and vague query

Your query has civil, criminal and consumer forum remedies, but specify your problem so that you can get suitable and proper advise over the next course of action.
