This is Shiva from Nizamabad. I have one question related to building permission.
Recently i purchased a plot which has got building permission from muncipality on seller name. Registration of plot is done on my name later.
Now, i am planning to construct home in the plot through home loan. Since, seller had already taken building permission to construct home, should i need to transfer this to my name or can i use his building permission to apply for home loan?
