Any person can write will even he can state in will that he is disposing that parliament to any one. After his death only valid part of will will be considered &executed so don't worry tell to Ur grand father to write what ever he likes

The testator can dispose by WILL the estate/property that one owns/whos title is vested in testator.

Testator cannot dispsoe the estate/property/share in property of anyone else.

Ancestral property cannot be transferred by way of will.  Even if such a will is written the same won't take into effect as it contravenes the provisions of law.
