Can i sell my car released on superdari

In May’09 my car meet an accident which was drove by My Bother- in Law at the time of accident and that accident was fatal.

Later a case was registered in Rohini Court and that case is still under proceedings.

My Car was released on Superdari of Rs 2.5Lacs on 29th May’09.

Since then I’m using my car on Superdari, Now I want to sell my car. But I heard that I can’t sell my car.

I already made my statements and even Court taken verification of my statements along with car.

My point is that, It is almost 04 years of case and still no result.

I would like to know, Can I sell my Car when it is released from the court at superdari?

If I can sell, then what is the procedure for the same and what documents I need to submit to court to get orders to sell my car.

Secondly, what would be liabilities of new buyer in such case?

Thanks a Lot Nadeem JI and Aashish Ji.

I have some more queries,

Do you have any Format for application? Does that application need to take on Stamp Paper and if yes, what value stamp paper required?

Is there any liability on new buyer to produce the vehicle in court as and when required??
