Caste certificate at new address

Hi I have changed my permanent address in Aadhar card to my husband address after marriage without changing my surname Now I would like to change address on my caste certificate also to my husband address,but VRA rejected my application saying that my y surname should be changed both in Aadhar and caste ccertificate inorder to issue new caste certificate. I have provided my old caste certificate also, only the address to be changed. Please suggest what should I do as I don't want to change my surname.
