A person is christian in 1989 plot was alloted as gift to him he died in 2015 his legal hiers are 4 daughter 2 son out of that 2 daughter married ,1 son married present plot is in the name of mother younger son creating problem haressing mother and sister demanding 1500 sq.ft not sapoting old mother , sister creating problems one after onther can son claim . need guidance .

he cannot claim,as you said it is in the name of mother so it is your mother property. Any partition can take place only if your mother wishes.
