CHS Managing Committee had recieved 2 legal notice from advocate wrt  IPC 499,500 from CHS member. CHS Managing Committee approached advocate for 2 replies to the CHS member .  Further the CHS member approached Kalyan court and issued summons under IPC499,500. Further the member is asking for return of legal fees as Donation back to CHS Acct incurred by CHS Managing Committee for replies to the member and that too after Kalyan Court case closure mutually i.e on apology by the concerned other members. Is it right for CHS Managing Committee to be charged to return back money on any legal replies to legal notices
