Hi Friends,
Actually what is the time in which Order will be pronounced in nullification case?
Arguments of respondent is over and Judge told he will give Order in 10 days but 1 month is over of Arguments, till now Order did not got pronounced?
What is the Procedure?

1. Usually a trial Court passes asked Order same day after hearing parties final arguments.
2. However if not done so then it may be due ot overburdened Court.
3. In such case scenario one can only request the Chair via appointed pleader to kindly pass either way an appropriate Order as parties are anxious.
4. If Chair still not obliges then seek specific direction from District and Sessions Court.
5. Meanwhile apply for Certified Copy so that the moment Order is passed anyday you get its Certified Copy instead of anxiously waiting and then applying for one !
