Deposit withdrawn when there is a stay on the proceedings.

Please let me know whether your Counsel was informed.      It's not uncommon that Advocates put their clients in the dark

No he too was not informed about this (as the advancement application was not served to me / my advocate).  As there was a stay on the proceedings, we did not appear on the stipulated dates (as each time the Judge wrote - awaiting further orders).
