I am close to filing the first motion for my divorce. With the new amendment on irretrievable breakdown of marriage, I am thinking of filing the same after the amendement becomes law to avoid the 6 month cooling off period.
Can anyone help me with the same, when is the amendment expected to be applicable.

dont wait.. the amendment wont become law so quick.. atleast not in next 6 month... so better file now and finish tge matter by september end or oct2012.

File it now. The law making is a slow and tedious process.
