Domastic voliance

Dear all

 my brother in law has complaint  on behalf of his sister  MM against  me and my parents forunder the protection of woman section 12 domastic violanace  act 2005.my wife is livimg with me and with my parents .He complaint  for dowry, mental torture,phyicaly. the court has ordered the respondents are restrained from dispossessing the complaintent from my residance please advise.

dear section 12 domestic voilence act is like a Vajra astra of indra to a women.

follow thyese points-

1.keep yourself and your family calm ,dnt take any unwanted or foolish step like asking or contacting yours in laws regarding this.

2.you cant disposess complainant from your house as the court had passed the decree and hardly matters if court didnt passed then it cam complicate the situation .

3 you are hiding many facts that are basics like a.how much time you have been married

b. is marriage consumated

c. have you any child?

d. and why the cause of action arose for such complaint.

contact some advocate soon or expert one otherwise you and your family is gona be in great trouble.

As court has passed the "Protection Orders", ur way lies in appeal with SESSION COURT if u are aggreieved!
