domestic violence

my wife had left me before 10 years ago .recently she filed domestic violence against me .can I go for quashing in high Court.

As per your query, since you and your wife are living separately for 10 years, it's hard to believe upon what grounds a DV has been filed against you. In order, to be secured with any other issues that may arise it's advisable that you hire a prudent lawyer for your behalf.

Now, coming back to th quashing matter, to be very precise with your query, "Yes, you can apply for quashing of the matter in the High Court".
