education hide from court

Hi All, As per the recent high court decision my wife had submitted an affidavit in court.She had not mentnd in her affdvt that she had done teacher training course. I filed an RTI and came to know that she done prmry teacher trng crse. Can we file a perjury application or any other application that she had hide and conceal the facts.
