Please let me know in this case ...
Wife and husband have pending litigation in session court
Wife sent two persons for criminal conspiracy and attack on husband's work place ( 200 km far away)
They recognised through CCTV in company's camera by husband .
Husband complained against those persons for threatening and to kill ,whereas in police station they confess that it was all about the WIFE instruction.
Now wife claimed counter claim in police station that she was also threatened by husband's people and same algtns ,,,
As husband living 200 KM far away and no interfare in her life at all
What may be the application of counter claims ?
What if boy claims defamation and 182 of IPC on her boyfriend and her?
Any further sections for the same ?
