Pre-litigation case filed by wife against husband in Legal Services Authority, City Civil Court, Hyderabad alleging harassment by husband. Wife requested counselling of husband.Notice issued to husband for appearance on 8/4/2019.What could be the scenario of the case. If husband fails to attend on the date, what happens. Whether husband can seek counselling of both of them.
