Regarding : 23year girl rapes in bus in New Delhi.
Everyone know that, In India womens and kids are not safe, when they are alone either on street, mall, office, etc., Either infacts are sold, kids are rapes, womens raped and murder, molestation, eve teasing, humaliation, harassments, child abusement, child labour, women pensions, Widow pensions, and many more. Every where we are seeing the corruption, negligency, ignorance, carelessness, regious, casting, cheating, bribe and many more.
if any one of them raise the voice, either they burn records or kill the person and close the issues.
Even through, we elected the people to work for us, Even being we paid their salary and perks, their expenses, we can't do any thing. As a lawyers, even you guys can't fight alone with these bulls. Why can't you guys take opportunity to file case against them, take public as witness, pull them into books and punish them.
Example: 23year girl rapes and struggle for life. Even though, she recovers, she will loosing quality of life and dignity of life in the Indian Society. You have opportunity here to file case against, policemens, commissioners, govt of delhi, govt of India, Law commission, transport departments, and many departments to tasks, make across the india applicable the new laws to bring confidence on innocent common people.
I hope you guys can do it since your childrens and grand childrens / next generations will be happy and they will remember your contribution to the society.
