Flat purchase in single society

Yes.  Why not? What is your problem? 

I want to sell my flat in society. The society member who want to purchase my flat has already two flats on his name in the same society. Now this member wants to purchase my flat on his son' s name who is major & working in reputed firm (tax payer). Society is sayng since already two flats are o having with this member, he can not purchase third flat on his son name (being family member). Please clarify whether he can purchase third flat in his son's name.
