i am a b.tech student .i have passed 2012 but my institute is no providing me my all cirtificate as passing ,provisional,.. so i can not do any job because all companies are verified my cirtificate .
so pl suggest me what should be do now......

what is the reason for with holding your certificate and what about other students thus college is holding there certificates also
