Iam Bhanu. My father, my step mother and my step mothers brother forcefully made me sign on a bond paper stating infront of C.I that I have to clear 23 lakhs of debts. I cleared 30 lakhs before the agreement.
Can I ask for my money (30 lakhs) and my share in my late mother's property .
is it necessary to clear that 23 lakhs?
