HOW TO GET RID OF POLICE IN CIVIL MATTERS

Dear sir/Madam,

My father and myself had an agreement stating that I have to clear only 23 lakhs of debt with the involvement of police by torturing me and my wife. But I already cleared 27 lakhs before signing on agreement.

Now they are saying that I have signed on another agreement which I totally don't know.

Kindly advise me....
1. Whether I can claim for the amount I cleared before signing on the agreement?
2. How can I get rid of the unknown agreement?

As it is civil inform it to court by engaging advocate.

Facts posted are not clear.

It is better to seek guidance of the lawyer engaged by you.

You can issue a Registered complaint to Dist Supdt of Police or Commissioner, showing the involvement of police in Civil dispute, as it is against disciplinary regulations to involve in civil disputes by police.

Yes, the facts posted are inchoate and lack clarity.

In almost each thread you are giving a piecemeal information and seeking advise.    In some cases it appears that you have taken yourself as examiner and experts are students appearing in LLB examination and attempting a short note.

You will never be able to get a complete advise unless facts are shared in one go.

The advise based on partial facts may not be suitable and rather can be counterproductive.

The loser in this game will be you and you alone.

The experts on this forum are giving this charitable advise spending their own time unsing their own electricity and net connection.  It is not fare to play hide and seek with experts.
