POLICE HARASSMENT

You can report harassment to the commissioner/DSP  police. Tjey can charge someone with criminal harassment if: the person has harassed you more than once. the harassment made you feel distressed or alarmed.

You can file a petition under section 482 cr.p.c. before high court and obtain a direction to not to harass you against the police

In almost each thread you are giving a piecemeal information and seeking advise.    In some cases it appears that you have taken yourself as examiner and experts are students appearing in LLB examination and attempting a short note.
