Gift deed

Dear Team,

I want to gift a Property, a industrial gala ( unit) to my son through GIFT DEED. 

Property is situated at Mumbai - Maharashtra.

Kindly let know the procedure and taxes, duties payable / applicable on GIFT DEED.
