I am 36 years old, handicapped with both legs (diagnosed as Limb Griddle Muscular Dystrophy), working from home for a Private IT Company. I created my profile in a matrimonial site ( jeewansathi.com), clearly mentioning all my problem. A family from Madhupur, Deoghar showed interest and they came to see me. The girl (24years old) along with her parents (both working as school teacher) came and they agreed for marriage. They said they are financially weak, so all marriage arrangement and expenditure I did and on 19th July 2017, they came to my place in Dhanbad Jharkhand, and as per Hindu ritual the marriage was done.
Before I could apply for marriage registration, Just in few days my wife nature changed, she started abusing me, and started taunting me for my health problem, that she now regret for marrying a handicapped. Though she was only 12th pass, she is very arrogant and moody in nature (heavy mood swing). I also found that she sometimes urinate in bed while sleeping. She also use to talk with one of her male friend, who was provoking her to leave me. When I informed all these to her parents, but they didn't responded.
Then on 14th Nov 2017, all of a sudden she become very violent, pushed me in floor and started hitting me with my caliper. I was locked with her in the room for more than 30 minutes, not letting me to go out. Anyhow my parents broke the lock and informed the incident to her parents asking them to come as soon as possible, but they refuse to come the same day in hurry. Next day 15th Nov, her father came and took her back. After few days, when we called her parents, no one responded. We also sent them invitation of my younger brother marriage but no one came. Then I filed an Information Petition in CJM Court Dhanbad informing the same.
I am in wheelchair now, with all these mental torcher. Please advise what to do, as I feel cheated, they used me as prey for money and I am afraid they are planning something big to harass me and my family.
