Mr Raj Malhotra, First of all thank you very much for such a motivational reply and addressing me “Langda Lulla” several times. I was really obliged. Second, when I say she is 24years old and 12th pass, I mean after she passed 12th class she didn’t study further. As her both parents are highly educated CBSE school teacher, she could have easily continued her studies with proper guidence, but she was least interested and sitted ideal for last 4 years. Also at the time of marriage I was falsely told that she was doing Graduation. Third, being “Langda Lullha”, I am still not dependent to anyone, I earn my living. I just wanted a life partner as I was feeling very alone so I posted my profile in matrimony site and from there my in-laws themselves approached to me for marriage. My wife, her parents and grandparents came to my house to see me before choosing and accepting this “Langda Lulla + Budha” as their would-be Groom. Neither my family nor I forced them to marry with “Langa Lulla Budha”. I mentioned everything about me and my problems to them, which they happily accepted that time and were very keen to get marry. But soon after the marriage, all of my in-laws behavior changed. All promises or commitment that my in-laws had made was false. Third, in this marriage I have not taken a penny from the Girl side, even all marriage arrangement, functions, and expenditure was done by me which was approx. 6lac. Finally, in this forum I shared my case to get guidance from you genius advocates about what safety I can take, so I may not be cheated further. I lost my self-respect, my dignity, my money making me mentally and physically parallised. The only mistake I made was not thinking self as “Langda Lulla Lachar Aadmi”, rather I was believing a handicapped person has also equal right to have a life partner and live a happy life. Regards, Raj |

MR Pandit:
I can assess what you meant just by the tone of your language.
Your wife taunts you for being handicapped. And not me.
IT is fact that you are handicapped. And you had already informed this to your would be and her side.
You are talking about what could have been. You could have been married to a rich film star. But you are in reality married to 12th pass whose parents are very educated but could not get their daughter educated.
What yo uwant, That yo ushould have married.
Even she also should have married someone who is not handicapped.
Now the point is she does not want to continue with you,
In India marriage happens for lot of reasons. Many people tell all sorts of lies to get daughter married, or son married.
But once marriage is done, the parties to marriage should continue with or without love and affetion. That is the only way marriage will succeed.
You had done your part. Now if she is 12th pass or village bum, if you want married life, yo uneed to convince her to come back and live with you married life.
If she doesn not yo ucannot force her legally to come back.
Filing some case on her for cheating will only increase your troubles.
Simply yo uwill roam to court. And end result will be nothing.
Now as per me, you have two options.
1. TO bring wife back.
2. Go stay with wife.
3. File RCR in court. Wait for RCR to finish. Then file for divorce.
4. Send notice to her, to return. Thne if she does not return file divorce.
5. Simply wait for her to return on her own.
Have petience. Wait. or File RCR or divorce and wait for court to grant divorce.
One thing I tell you very frankly. Courts cant give justice in matrimonial matters. Marriage is done for self pleasure. Courts or anyone else should not have any say in about continuance of marriage but the wife and husband. But sadly in India, courts play with lives of hsuband and wife who are at war.
Marriage works only if both parties want to continue. If one wants and another does not, the ship will sink today or tmrw.
