Dear Sir,

From the query placed, if I understand the scheme rightly is that you need an experienced lawyer who has substantial exposure in matrimonial laws issues.

For that matter, please note that you may need a lawyer(s) who is/are not only experienced but also who give(s) you ample time to understand and involve in your matter. Since, as I understand the scheme of things from my short experience is that matrimonial issues being so personal need anytime-and-everytime consultation with the lawyers so engaged.

There are many lawyers around. You have pick n choose and then appoint the right one(s).

As for us, we are registered with Bar Council of Delhi and have relevant knowledge, exposure and experience practising in Delhi/Kolkata in whatever field we practice. I appreciate  that law is evolving on day-to-day basis particularly matrimonial issues like taxation matters. One has to take extra care to update regularly if not on day-to-day basis.

I personally give many on-line advices to many on the websites run by NGOs fighting for gender justices specifically in 498A, DV and other matrimonial/personal laws issues including custody rights etc. There you find my name in good lawyers' list.

Trust this would suffice.

Thank n regards.

Dear Sh. Rabin ji and Sh. Nandkumar ji,

I thank both of you for your interest in suggestign your law firms servcies to de-mistify my untried issues of facts to my full satisfaction.

However, I am looking for an Ld. Advocate or a highly Ld. Person who exclusively deals in HMA litigations and has minimum of 20 years plus standing as I have a lengthy and complex self built case file at trial court level running into 1435 pages (on last count) and due to these volumns I am successfull till date to stale my errant wife's maint. claims under HMA / CrPC.

I hope gentlemen will respect my individual rights over mere suggestion of yet another Law firm at this crucial instance of sub-judicated lis in HMA court facing further crucial adjudication coming month.

this is another diference beteen other proffessions and legal profession - i do not think that a practicing advocate would refer a client to other.

Dear Dr. Tripathi ji,

I also beg to differ to your views.

If you have read any of my mails asking for help specific to my typical situation and if a advoacte is not in tune with HMA procedures as asked then there is no point taking his services.

At the most what a advocate from different field (specialisation) can do is refer to a experienced Advocate who is specialist in that field and then it is upto that client to take services or not.

Review above two hard core gentlemen's profile and read mine specific request do you think they can service me ? Again no hard feelings.  I admire their competencies but feel they are not HMA matters.

In 2005 I met a nice experienced advocate (criminal side who also takes family matters cases) all the way in Hoshiarpur who called me to meet via a reference in Delhi to give suggestion on my then filled HMA case. However during the course of our detailed discussion spread over 2 days of staying at his house he realised I needed a better (experienced) Advocate and he referred me to one of his friend in Patiala House Courts, Delhi who happens to be then Treassurar of Bar Association. I took his friends services for a while (later on I withdraw divorce petition and rest matters are already stated in too many words in one of mine mails here refer ot them).

There is another example of another Advocate from Chennai who referred a local Chennai victim (false 498a ) whom I knew to a senior criminal lawyer practicing in Delhi HC whom I also happen to know so I can quote so many personal experiences and examples that you may be surprised that these professional referrals are routine only if one knows of them !

Your statement does not hold any water atleast to me that no practising advocate will refer a client to another and there is a difference between professions and legal professions!!!!.

However, please send a pvt message and with highest regards to each and every Ld. Advocates here I have no intention to stir up a pandoras box and I wish to close this question before it escalates and unknowingly someone gets hurt.

Truth is always hard and like Advocates profession other professions are also highly respected and there is not much of difference between hard core PROFESSIONALS (figure of speech) hence this neutral suggestion from me.

Last but not the least I respect your kind self as much as I respect any Advocate or any Ld. persons here and in general in society and for me it is mutual professional respect as I'm myself a hard core professional if I don't know anything during the course of my professional understanding with a client of mine I refer my client to a better one and try to learn my shortcomings instead of not entertaining that client. I called it hard core professionalism.
