How to fight my own case? any legal format

Hi

I have hired an advocate and paid him his full fees. But I want to arugue & cross on my own along with my lawyer so that truth can be brought to court.

I want to know any leagl format of application or any court judgement that I can produce to Hon'ble Judge for grant me permission to argue & cross myself. Please guide. I came across this link but how to find full judgement for this: https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/In-courts-you-can-argue-your-case-but-not-for-others-SC/articleshow/9217943.cms

Hi,

Talk to your existing lawyer regarding the same.. tell him to mention such request before the hon. court.. your lawyer shall give the relevant case laws and judgements for the same as he knows the nature of the case.

Yes you can argue in your case as party in person after taking permission from the court.
