How to obtain family tree

I want to apply for family tree from Bangalore North taluk office from grand father to grand son And few family members have also dead. How to apply what is the cost and procedure pls guide

A broker asked 9k for family hence what is the actual cost incurred to take family tree if all documents are correct pls advice sorry for late reply
