How to prove that fir is false

My wife has filed an FIr on the gropund of illegaly detention under section 342,343 and 506 how can i prove that it is a false FIR. she herself went to Ps and when police came the doors were open and all the family members were asleep.

Police are corrupted; working under instructions and pressure of local politicians, Goondas, and for money.

Under those circumstances, theyt file false FIR, and avoid filing even nc or Fir for major crimes..

Ask court, yr chrges be investigated by superior Police Officer, at diff PS.

@Querist,

You have two possible ways -

1. After your chargesheet submitted to the Magistrate in your jurisdiction by the police, Make an application to the Magistrate about your innocence under section 239 of CRPC.

2.If chargesheet not yet not been submitted, File an application under section 482 of CRPC to the High court of your jurisdiction.
