Hi, how to submit the arguments under cruelty category? should it be written argument or oral argument? lawyer is not submitting any written arguments? how will the judge take note down of points during arguments? will the video evidence of wife beating husband be considered? kindly help. thanks.

Your lawyer knows the law better.. it's better to argue orally so that the immidiate changes and updates can be made at the very time.. if you don't believe your lawyer then change your lawyer.
