Dear sir,
Can we claim input service tax paid in purchasing of goods under network marketing plan against service tax on commission earned in it.
Point 1, we have to purchase it to earn more point to claim commission,
point 2, we consume it personally as well as for promotion of its product, in some extent we sell it.
personal consumption is also a promotion as we need to show products result through ourselves.
