Land dispute

Sir, my father has written a veelunama of 613 sq yard plot which is having house with built up area of 256-26 sq yard to me and my brother. My father has written clearly that the property will be enjoyed by us after him only. The RCC house was 1/4th in my share and 3/4th by my brother share. After my father if i want to sell the property or built a house in my share, can i directly dismantle the 1/4th building which was in my share or any legal problems were arise. My father is still alive if any problem he can change the veelunama. Can you please suggest the suitable solutions for this.

you cant demolish your 1/4 th share alone if it will have its impact strengthwise over the rest of the building.in case if you want to sell your share you got to sell it to your brother who is owning 3/4 th share of the building

Thank you saravanan,

My father is still alive, What are the steps has to be taken by him whether he can change the veelunama. Why because the plot is 30 widdth X 90 length if i loose some square yards to my brother, if i want to construct the building it will not be in a good shape, then what are the steps should be taken by my father or me at present.

I am herewith attaching the scanned copy of the veelunama for your reference. Can you please suggest me what steps has to be taken.

Thanks

Srikanth kvs
