My question is for Flat Agreement is expired and would like to renew with the exiting tenant for further one year. is it compulsory to get renewed agreement to register. Whetehr Society will object if i do not register the renewal of Flat agreement .
Please adice.

leave and license once expired is expired. Renewed agreement will be treated as fresh agreement and needs to be compulsorily registered.

Thanks for your reply. Sir i have got another question in concern with lease agreement. Is it compulsory for the owner of flat to get local police NOC before giving flat on lease?

No! not as such but yes you need to submit a copy of Residence and ID proof of the person you intend to indulge in your flat so that if anything wrong happen or if police come t know about their criminal activity they can trace them.
