I am from Kerala. I have noticed that most of the CBSE schools in Kerala give only 30 minutes lunch break for students.
The lunch break duration is not enough for students. They can't enjoy the lunch within the limited time.
State schools in Kerala give one hour for lunch break. Students need to take enough time for lunch break to drink water, relax and socialise with friends.
What to do increase the lunch break at CBSE schools? Which is the right way to move?
