Maintenence for wife

i want to know that what percentage of husband salary is entitled to wife as a maintenance?

if wife take orders from court to reside in her martimonial home,, nd husband dont want to do so...then under what circumstances he push him out..

Its all depend ob various facters, normally, if there is no kid,. then court order 25-30% of husband's income.

and her maintenence application can be rejected too, if she is able bodies.
