Dear Friends - Myself and my wife filed individual divorce petition at coimbatore and chennai respectively.
My wife went to chennai highcourt and requested for transfer of divorce case from coimbatore to chennai(just to take revenge and shuffling )
In the initial hearing at chennai high court , i was not able to go and in the 2nd hearing i appeared and they have not appeared.
My advocate asked for a mediation and the judge agreed.
after 1 month of waiting for the mediation date, my advocate is saying that their advocate has to come with the dates on mediation or he cannot able to track..
is that true?
what shall i do now?
what will happen in the mediation?
please suggest.
