HI. I HAVE PURCHASED A PROPERTY FROM A MUSLIM FAMILY WHERE THE THE PROPERTY BELONGED TO THE GRANDFATHER WHO PASSED AWAY AND THE PROPERTY COME IN THE POSSESSION OF HIS TWO SONS. 1 SON HAS PASSED AWAY AND I HAVE SIGNED THE CONVEYANCE DEED WITH THE OTHER SON. THE SON THAT HAS PASSED AWAY HAS A WIFE, 2 SONS, 2 DAUGHTERS. OUT OF WHICH I HAVE SIGNED THE CONVEYANCE DEED WITH THE WIFE, 2 SONS & 1 DAUGHTER. THEN I FIND OUT THAT THE OHER DAUGHTER HAS SOLD HER RIGHTS TO ANOTHER GROUP THAT IS HER SHARE OF 7.29% AND NOW THE OHTER GROUP IS DEMANDING 4 TIMES MORE THAN THE AMOUNT THAT THEY PURCHASED THE HER SHARE. MY QUERY IS WHAT CAN I DO LEGALLY TO GET THE REMAINING SHARE OF 7.29%? PLEASE DO ADVISE
