Neighbour filing frivolous suits

My neighbour has been filing frivolous suits against me for the past few years. He filed two cases earlier and withdrew them later (after fighting for four years) seeing no outcome. The point is he does not believe in amicable settlement of issues but resorts to sending notices and filing cases. I am left defending for no fault of mine.

He has now again threatened me with filing more cases and I am very very disturbed. Especially for my parents who are both senior citizens. Is there any legal recourse I can take to prevent him from indluging in such means? PLEASE HELP.

Every time he files a frivolous suit, file a counter explaining why it is frivolous and demand legal expenses plus damages for defamation, emotional distress etc.
