My sister in law has filed vague DV case against my family, my lawyer said its ok if u dont appear at court.,around 4 to 5 date passed we have not appeared before court.
I want to know whether is it ok if we dont appear at court or we would undergo in problem?
My lawyer is saying i will manage at court.

As a precautionary measure you should see the order sheet. If you have got permission of court to appear through counsel, then there is no problem. But, you should be careful if your personal appearance is not spesifically exempted by the court.
