Notice to overseas buyer

We are an exporter and one of our buyer has not paid us the full amount of the material supplied to him . We sih to send him suitable notice for non payment . Please advise

Whether the buyer is of foreign nationality? Does he have any communication address in India? What are the documents available with you about the transaction?
