Few years ago the Supreme court had issued directions to loan recovery agents of Banks to come down on there aggressive pressure tactics which led to many suicides and laid down guidelines to recover loans. If you've faith  in your paying capacity by selling the property by talking to bank higher OFFICIALS SUCH AS CEO   etc yoy can borrow time and pay within 6 months. Add Bank Ombudsman also in the talks.
