Original suit

Can any one explain me about the original suit case type, I got summon on it in 2012 were my lawyer he is not showing interest towards case.

Original Suit means a case entertained by a Court in it's original jurisdiction, neither appellate, nor revisional. But this definition shouldn't be construed too strictly.
