Hello,
Can we change place of birth in passport. Actually I was born in Secunderabad and I got a valid birth certificate but when my parents applied passport they mentioned place of birth as Karnataka instead of Secunderabad. So I want to make correction in my passport.

Yes. You can correct it by applying an application for correction along with your copies of passport ,birth certificate and affidavit to that extent.

Visit the passport website for details to carry out the correction to be made on the passport, you can follow the instructions contained therein on the subject issue.
