PERSONAL LOAN

I have taken a personal loan of Rs.1,50,000/- from Home Credit India in March 2019 and my total EMI was 42 of Rs.7477/- per month. I have availed loan moratorium for the months if April 2020 to August 2020(total 05 months). Now they have increased my total EMI to 64 of Rs.7477/-, Is it legal should I pay the same, please suggest me.

Write a letter to financier and ask them to send the working and arrived figures. Once you get the same you consult lawyer and act further
